I provide career guidance to individuals either looking for ideas as to which careers may suit them, or to confirm ideas they already may have. I assist with both high-school students as well as adults who are looking to change direction.
I would usually need to meet with the person for an initial intake session, after which the testing takes roughly 2-3 hours. A feedback session is then required to discuss the results and explore them more fully.
The assessment focuses on personality (your individual characteristics), interests (activities you favour) and values (your needs based on personal beliefs). Based on the above, certain careers are suggested which may match with the person.
